OakRoot Human Experience (HX) is a human-centered practice where growth, healing, and connection converge. Founded in New Orleans, a city that understands resilience, reinvention, and belonging, OakRoot exists to turn lived wisdom into practical tools for transformation. We work with three audiences: (1) Women navigating identity blur, major life transitions, and post-trauma growth who are ready to stop surviving and start becoming. (2) Leaders in the middle who are accountable for everything above and below and who want to lead with clarity, connection, and confidence. (3) Organizations ready to build cultures where people and performance thrive together. Our work spans personal development, leadership facilitation, organizational consulting, strategic transformation, and keynote speaking. Founded by Kimberly Sharp, a former Chief People Officer with more than two decades of C-suite leadership, SAP consulting, and human development experience, OakRoot HX brings together professional rigor and deeply personal insight in a way that is rare in this space.
