Oakridge Gardens Information

Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center offers 24 hours a day, seven days a week long-term care services to residents of the Greater Fox Valley Area. We provide a high-quality environment and a professional, service-oriented staff that includes a diverse clinical team as well as an engaged management team to support the services we offer. Our clinical team is led by our medical director, Dr. Ronald Schreiber, who oversees our team of RNs, LPNs and CNAs, each of whom provide direct care to our residents on a daily basis. Dr. Schreiber, MD, CMD, has been a physician in the Appleton/Neenah/Menasha area for over 20 years. He has focused his talents exclusively on caring for long-term care patients. He has been a certified Medical Director through the American Medical Directors Association since 2007. He is an integral part of our facility's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Program. He visits the facility weekly to ensure quality of care and positive clinical outcomes with both his current patients and all new residents. The clinical team is supported by an in-depth nutritional management program, recreational therapy program and Social Services department. Our Oakridge team strives to meet and exceed our mission, vision and values on a consistent basis to ensure we are continually regarded as a premier provider of long-term care services in the area.
