Most Microsoft partners are far better at delivery than they are at being a Microsoft partner. The technical work is excellent. Partner Center has no idea it happened, the field can't see it and the rebates, co-op and designation points it should have earned go unclaimed. Oaka Studio works on the commercial side of the Microsoft relationship, for partners, distributors and Microsoft itself. Alliance strategy, Partner Center and incentives, sales and go-to-market, practice build-out and, more often than you'd think, getting a partner ready for investment or exit. We work with more than 50 partners across the UK and Ireland at any one time, plus distributor programmes that have taken us into Scandinavia and Western Europe and a growing number of engagements in North America. Microsoft's EMEA partner team brought us in to shape its partner-to-partner guidance. One client was told managed status was an FY28 conversation and got there in six months. Around 70% of the partners we work with are PE-backed, so every recommendation gets judged on what it does to the valuation as well as the pipeline. We don't hold a Microsoft badge, on purpose. It keeps us independent and lets us say the things a PDM can't.
