Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization, commonly called OahuMPO, is responsible for coordinating a comprehensive, cooperative, and continuing (3-C) transportation planning process. The Policy Board is the decision-maker on the use of federal-aid transportation funds on Oahu. Participating agencies include the City and County of Honolulu, the State of Hawaii, and the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART).
