Nylomatic is a custom, injection molder located in Fallsington, in Lower Buck's County, Pa. We specialize in high quality, close tolerance engineered thermoplastic molding. We have 38 presses ranging from 35 to 275 tons. All presses are SPC capable with robotic assist. We manufacture and maintain our tooling at our Pa. facility. We design and manufacture our tooling to run automatically and minimize the human factor. This enables Nylomatic to keep our cost competitive and our quality second to none. We have a standard line of bushings, gears, washers, screws, nuts, bobbins, spacers and pulleys. However the majority of our business is producing custom molded parts to your specifications and requirements. We have over 3,600 active customers in many varied industries from Ametek to Zebco.
