The CBI serves as the catalyst between industry and government to drive positive change, speaking for businesses of all sizes and sectors across the whole economy, in every UK region and nation, ensuring sustainable growth for the benefit of society. The CBI speaks on behalf of 170,000 businesses of all sizes and sectors, across every region and nation of the UK. This includes over 1,100 corporate members, plus nearly 150 trade associations. Corporate members alone employ over 2.3 million private sector workers. That’s a lot of people with a lot to say, coming together with common priorities and a shared vision, on critical economic and national issues.

We are Nesta, the research and innovation foundation. We use a wide range of innovation methods to design, test and scale new ideas and solutions to the biggest challenges of our time.
