Compliance-first infrastructure for Crime Victim Compensation programs and victim services. Connecting survivors, provider organizations, and government agencies inside one coordinated system. -- NxtStps builds administrative infrastructure for Crime Victim Compensation programs, starting in Illinois. The program exists in every state, and the process of accessing it is fragmented across survivors, the organizations that support them, and the agencies that administer the funds. We build the coordination layer underneath all three. A deterministic rules engine paired with language model assistance, under continuous bias auditing, multilingual document handling, and eligibility screening built to each program's statute. We are designing toward SOC 2 and CJIS aligned standards from day one, because the organizations we work with, community based organizations, hospital systems, and state agencies, need infrastructure that meets the compliance bar their funders and oversight bodies require. Our team brings more than twenty years of combined experience across victim services, government systems, and technology. That background shapes how we build. We work close to the field, with the people doing this work every day.
