NXT Skills is an innovative day service in Hampshire, supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs in taking their next step in life. We're an adult-like working environment but with the close support and structure needed for our young people to succeed. We help our young people build the confidence and enterprise skills to believe in a better future for themselves.
