NXPEC Technologies is an IIT Bombay-incubated deep-tech company building Solid State Transformer (SST) technology using SiC and GaN wide-bandgap semiconductors. Conventional transformers — bulky, passive, and a century old in concept — can't keep up. Our SSTs replace them with compact, intelligent, medium-voltage power conversion: dramatically smaller footprint, higher efficiency, native DC output, and active grid support built in. We're building the power backbone for India's digital and electric future — designed here, for the world.
