Nutrolis Information

Nutrolis is an ambient AI scribe built for Indian OPD, not adapted for it. It listens to the consultation as it actually happens, including Hindi and English in the same sentence, and drafts a structured SOAP note, a patient summary and a PDF before the next patient sits down. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Nutrolis files what was said. The doctor decides what it means. Every note is drafted for review, uncertain content is flagged, and anything not discussed is marked "not documented" rather than invented. Nutrolis is a documentation assistant, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. AUDIO IS NEVER STORED Consultation audio travels once over an encrypted connection, is transcribed in memory, and is discarded. There is no archive of recordings, not for us and not for anyone. That was an architecture decision, and it cost us conveniences we decided we could live without. BUILT FOR REAL CLINICS No EHR integration. No hardware. No installation. Nutrolis runs from the phone already in the doctor's pocket, and the note is delivered by WhatsApp, email or PDF before the next patient walks in. BUILT ALONGSIDE PRACTISING DOCTORS Founding doctor Dr. Alok Dubey. MBBS, MS, MCh (GI Surgery, GI Oncology and Bariatric Surgery), FRCS. Consultant in Robotic and Laparoscopic GI Surgery and Liver Transplant. Every workflow in the product came out of a real OPD, not a lab. We are onboarding our first cohort of doctors now, and publishing what we learn, including what does not work. Free for 15 consultations a month, forever.
