I endeavor to be on the cutting edge with services such as virtual counseling for those who live outside the Reno area, frequently travel or for whatever reason find it more convenient to work together via computer than face-to-face, self-scheduling to avoid phone tag and delays in being seen, and concierge nutrition, where you can be seen in the convenience of your home or office. As a registered dietitian, I have the expertise to put a plan together that is based on science, and as a certified health and wellness coach, the coaching skills to empower change the client is looking for.
