Nutris is a European fava ingredient company developing and manufacturing high-performance proteins, smart carbohydrates and functional fibres for the food and nutrition industry. From Croatian fields to global food brands, we work with 400 Croatian farming families and combine local sourcing, proprietary fractionation technology and deep application know-how to create ingredients with clean taste and reliable performance. Our protein platforms, Nutris Core™ and Nutris Fluid™, are designed for applications including beverages, sports nutrition, bakery, dairy, snacks and protein foods. Alongside protein, we are building a broader fava platform through functional starches, fibres and next-generation ingredients.
