NuSirt Sciences combines established pharmaceuticals and natural products to activate the the sirtuin protein Sirt1, thereby addressing conditions associated with aging and overnutrition. Our products address metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD), metabolic function-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), obesity, type 2 diabetes, and hypertension. We are beginning a phase 2 trial of TRIPLN®, a combination of leucine, metformin, and sildenafil, in hypertensive patients. Enrollment will begin in 2027. Additionally, we have promising phase 2 results on TRIPLN® in MAFLD and MASH, including supplementary data on markers of obesity and diabetes. NuSirt also produces LEUSIX®, a dietary supplement that uses an optimized ratio of leucine and vitamin B6 to promote longevity, metabolic health, and weight maintenance. We have published data on LEUSIX® in people with obesity.
