Nurturing Studio Information

Nurturing Studio helps employers respond to loss with specialized care that supports not only the employee, but also the family, manager, and team around them. Each employee is paired with a dedicated Care Guide who becomes a steady point of contact through time away, return to work, and the moments after loss that are hardest to navigate alone—coordinating support, coaching the manager, and staying connected through re-entry, anniversaries, and other grief milestones. Our care model is shaped under the direction of Dr. Joanne Cacciatore, a leading traumatic grief researcher whose work has supported grieving families around the world and placed her among the top 2% of scholars in her field.
