Nurture-U Information

Nurture University is a nation-wide research project looking to better understand and support students in their mental health and wellbeing during their time at university. Our project involves working directly with students across six campuses to create resources around building resilience, understanding wellbeing, reducing worry, and treating diagnosed mental health difficulties. The project includes students and researchers across the following universities: University of Exeter, University of Oxford, King’s College London, Newcastle University, Cardiff University, and the University of Southampton.
