We provide full-service, on-site culinary operations for overnight camps — from off-season strategy and preseason ramp-up through peak-season execution and postseason refinement. Our work blends from-scratch cooking, intuitive kitchen systems, and grounded leadership presence. Founded by a camp-raised hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in catering, high-volume service, and culinary systems design, Nurture was built differently. We are not seasonal vendors. We operate as integrated partners. We understand camp culture because we grew up in it. We understand kitchen culture because we’ve lived it under pressure.
