We provide resources i.e. nursing home placement, homecare, hospice or those needing help to remain in the traditional home setting. We work tirelessly to find solutions for our clients to ensure that they are receiving the best healthcare. We are the eyes and ears for the "long distance caregiver". We visit our clients to make sure they are well, in any setting. We create a "Mobile Medical Navigator" so that our clients' healthcare information is kept in one location, accessible with all pertinent information for continuity in care. We research disease processes, medications, therapies, physicians, specialists, so that our clients stay informed as active participants in their own healthcare. We coordinate and accompany our clients to appointments and assist them in understanding what their physicians have told them in "plain english" We are healthcare coaches. We deal with all insurance/medicare issues so that our clients can concentrate on getting well without the usual hassles and frustrations. We cut through the "medical red tape".
