NUO is an investment firm founded by the partnership of leading multi-generational entrepreneurial families. We focus on long term private equity investments in Italian mid-sized companies with the potential to grow globally, and especially in fast-growing Asian markets where we leverage on an extensive network of resources and know-how across industrial and financial sectors. Our purpose is to empower the portfolio companies to grow value and be future proof, providing not only capital but also support on how to achieve greater scale, yet never losing sight of nurturing human, cultural and environmental capitals. We foster an inclusive and authentic corporate culture underpinned by a solid set of values, an entrepreneurial mind-set, and a vision to grow sustainably, ensuring value creation over time for all our stakeholders.
