Numeric Solutions LLC is a geoscience, engineering, and regulatory consulting firm founded in 1999 in Ventura, California. We deliver technical, permitting, and advisory solutions across carbon capture and storage (CCS), oil and gas exploration and production, water resource management, and energy-related real estate development. In CCS, our team has led or contributed to 14+ Class VI UIC permit applications — with 9 achieving administrative completeness and 6 receiving final approval — making Numeric one of the most experienced Class VI consulting groups in the country. We have developed static and dynamic reservoir models for 11+ CCS projects across multiple basins. In oil and gas, we have completed 60+ Class II UIC applications in California and provide full-cycle E&P support including prospect generation, reserve estimation, development planning, well abandonment and P&A operations, and regulatory compliance with CalGEM, TXRRC, and EPA.
