Nullcase Information

Nullcase is an independent evaluation lab for AI systems — a pathology lab for AI. Your doctor doesn't run the blood test; an independent lab does, and the lab doesn't care what the result is. We work the same way: we establish evidence of what an AI system actually does, with tests designed before anyone knows the answer, measured before you're committed, and re-measured whenever the system changes. We don't write business cases and we don't make recommendations — we measure, and the decision stays with the accountable officer. Our engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-price, built to fit the assurance obligations government agencies already carry — including AIAF assessments, AIRC submissions, and gateway evidence in NSW.
