NuCèlle Inc. is a 100% wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of North American Medical Services Inc., a Canadian Coporation whose common shares are listed for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. NuCèlle's close association with the medical community, and the use of its formulations by medical professionals such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other skin treatment specialists, has provided the verification to substantiate clinical claims. It is in this medically controlled climate of measurable patient improvement, that each new NuCèlle formulation is tried, tested and approved. The NuCèlle line of skin care formulations offer life-long skin care solutions for all skin types, and are remarkably effective in alleviating such skin conditions as Melasma, Rosacea, Hyperpigmentation, and the "butterfly rash" associated with Lupus. Another noticeable benefit is a smoother, clearer, and less lined complexion. The NuCèlle formulations feature Mandelic Acid, combined with NuCèlle's own proprietary Marine Complex; providing "Irritation Free" skin conditioning, which is excellent for patients with sensitive skin who are unable to tolerate traditional glycolic acid products. Unique to this AHA, Mandelic Acid exhibits anti-bacterial properties, which help in the treatment of Acne and trouble-prone skin. NuCèlle currently have two distinct product divisions within the Company: NuCèlle RX, the "Physician Only" line of products ; and NuCèlle Mandelic Marine Complex, the "Aesthetician Only" line of products. Product Fulfillment and Customer Service Operations are conducted from NuCèlle's Vancouver, BC, Canada facilities. Product Formulation, Research and Development, Manufacturing and Product Fill are completed at one of the largest independent Cosmetic Laborities in the US. NuCèlle's unique products are distributed world-wide, and are currently available in the US, Canada, Thailand, UK, South Africa and soon to be released in China, Singapore and Australia.
