Ontario has 60,000+ community programs. Finding the right one takes too long. Workers rely on memory and luck. When experienced workers leave, what they knew leaves with them. Lemy (Let me . . help you) is a portable AI widget that understands natural language, adapts to each organization's mission, and captures institutional knowledge as a byproduct of the work. It embeds inside the tools workers already use. Our proof of concept deploys inside Everyday Connect, Homeless Connect Toronto's resource portal — 13 years of community trust across the GTA. Frontline work carries a cost that doesn't appear in job descriptions. We can't change that. We can make sure the systems aren't adding to the weight. We know broken search isn't the hardest part of frontline work. But it's a part we can do something about.
