Nuamedia is an Australian technology company helping people communicate, create and get things done through natural conversation. We build Camlin Connect and Camlin Create, bringing together conversational AI, speech technology, interactive 3D avatars and tools that turn ideas into working applications. Camlin Connect helps organisations design, run and improve customer services across voice, web, SMS, chat, avatars and Visual IVR. Teams describe what they need, work with AI agents to develop the customer journey, and review and approve a service before publishing it across channels. The platform combines service design, contact-centre operations, speech, avatars, analytics and voice biometrics. Camlin Create extends these capabilities into everyday creation. Through conversation, people can develop applications, documents, presentations, games and 3D experiences, refining their work as they go. Founded in 2011, Nuamedia combines product research and development with hands-on engineering and delivery. Our experience spans telecommunications, enterprise, government, financial services, transport and defence-related environments. We developed Australia’s first Visual IVR services for Telstra’s and Optus’s main inbound numbers and built core telecommunications systems that remain operational today. Camlin Connect supports cloud, hybrid, private-cloud, on-premises and air-gapped deployments, giving organisations flexibility over hosting, data residency, AI model choice and operational governance.
