NUAC HB Information

NUAC HB is a company co-owned by the Air Navigation Service Providers the Swedish LFV and Danish Naviair, and operating the three Air Traffic Control Centre (ATCC) in Copenhagen, Malmoe and Stockholm. The services provided are Air traffic Services in Danish and Swedish Airspace (DK-SE FAB) - or known as air traffic control and flight information. Flight operations handled in the airspace 2015: 1.016.394 NUAC HB is a lean and efficient organisation with 14 persons directly employed. All other full and halftime employees - which actually counts approximately 650 employees is on secondment from Naviair and LFV. NUAC HB is certified as an ATS-provider by the authorities. The ATCCs and all other equipment are owned an provided by Naviair’s and LFV’s as their property. The two mother companies decides the investments strategies and delivers the technical maintenance. - The company leads the airspace and ATM system harmonisation initiatives in the DK-SE FAB. NUAC have since its establishment in 2011 made excellent results and efficiency improvements through Airspace and ATM Systems harmonisation. The core purpose is to deliver en route service with high flight safety and flight efficiency. As the first integrated Air Trafic Service Provider to deliver ATS to a FAB in 2012, NUAC company creates substantial synergies – all for the benefit of the airline customers, passengers, environment and the Danish and Swedish society.
