nu-tility is a specialist commercial and industrial energy infrastructure business, active across large scale solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and structured Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Our delivery model is EPC. Our orientation is financial. Every project, from a single 50kW commercial system to multi-megawatt national rollouts, are conceived and structured as a long duration income producing assets. Supported by our proprietary modelling systems, we structure deals around the full set of financial levers available behind the meter: investment grade IRR, NPV, sensitivity and scenario analysis, PPA rate and term structuring, VPP aggregated trading and FCAS revenue, embedded network economics, tariff reclassification and arbitrage. We engage credibly with CFOs, asset managers and capital allocators on deal economics, not just kilowatts and kilowatt-hours. Our clients span industrial and manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare and aged care, hospitality, property and education. Multi site portfolio owners are a particular sweet spot. We have delivered more than 35MW of commercial and utility scale solar nationally, with a dedicated C&I installation capability across QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA & NT. nu-tility facilitates two funding pathways: outright purchase for capital enable operators seeking maximum lifetime returns, or a behind the meter PPA where we own, operate and maintain the asset and you buy the electricity at a contracted rate below your grid tariff.
