NU-O is the world's first accountability layer for consistent routines—starting with sleep, the anchor that makes or breaks the rest of your day. The problem we believe is that today’s alarms and sleep trackers are passive and dismissible: they don’t verify you’re actually up, and they don’t escalate to real social support when you slip, so failure compounds over time. Therefore, we wanted to create an accountability layer for routine. Our ecosystem pairs bedside hardware (“the Hub”) with an app + social layer to turn intent into repeatable night-and-morning protocols. NU-O closes the loop with wake-up verification and computer-vision anti-snooze enforcement at the moment of failure—then reinforces progress with milestones, streaks, and social kudos at the moment of success. When consistency breaks, NU-O activates an inner circle of support through lightweight check-ins and shared routines—making discipline visible, rewarding follow-through, and adding a failsafe when life gets noisy.
