Established in 2010, Nu-Core® GCP Geopolymer Composite Panel is an innovative step forward in the development of Aluminium composite panel (ACP) products and Metal Composite materials (MCM). Our start of the art facilities and manufacturing equipment have been purposefully designed to produce advanced core material, which comprise of natural materials. Very little has been done to address the real issues associated with Aluminium Composite Panels, until now. Combustibility levels are poor, flame spread, toxic fumes when on fire, the high environmental impact of organic materials used. Architects, engineers and building owners are now raising the questions. Building codes becoming more stringent and numerous construction projects, de-specifying the use of Aluminium Composite panels on their projects. Nu-Core® GCP Geopolymer Composite Panel is manufactured by state of the art machinery that have a long list of design patent technology. This technology will fast replace standard production machinery, currently producing FR ACP and PE products. Nu-core® has a strong portfolio of completed and certified tests, ensuring compliance to building codes world wide. Tests completed by internationally recognised laboratories.
