NTPT provides integrated solutions to manufacture high performance composites at industrial scale. From manufacturing uni-directional tapes, multi-ply and multi-orientation complexes to supporting the customers in designing better composite parts, NTPT provides the highest standards and an outstanding efficiency gain for HPC (high performance composites). The Thin Ply Technology® consists of: 1) A unique process to spread reinforcement fibre tows and make thin tapes, 2) An automated tape laydown system to make customized preforms, 3) An IT Support Software that enables quick preform design, integration of FEA data and full traceability of the workflow NTPT can process a wide range of fibres (PAN or pitch carbon, glass, aramid, PBO or even steel fibres) as UD tapes or preforms, dry or pre-impregnated with a selection of in-house developed epoxy or cyanate ester resin systems.
