NTP-Stag Owner to Acquire Coast Distribution July 9, 2015 LKQ Corp., the parent company of Keystone Automotive and NTP-Stag, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Coast Distribution, a parts and accessories distributor, for $5.50 per share in cash. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed. “The combination of NTP and Stag-Parkway brings together two leading companies in the RV space that are committed to delivering greater value to customers and suppliers while remaining focused on growing our combined businesses,” Santangelo said in the news release. Keystone acquired NTP in October 2011.
