David Vest founded NTM Services, Inc., doing business as North Texas Mechanical in May 1992. Since its inception, NTM Services, Inc. has maintained a modest approach to building the company and extending the family of employees and technicians. Fair ethical business practices form the foundation for a company interested in pleasing customers and solving their indoor air quality issues while preserving a reputation built on quality and honesty. In a time where many local HVAC companies are held under a much larger, often publicly traded corporate umbrella, NTM Services, Inc. refuses to adopt the business practices that have turned most technicians into salespersons. Our experience ranges from large commercial facilities to small residential dwellings. Services available include, but are not limited to: residential AC and heating service, commercial AC and heating service, whole house diagnostics, indoor air quality , air balancing, energy management, zoning controls, attic ventilation, attic insulation , computerized load calculations and filter sales. We strive to serve our customers in the best way we know how, through education and quality products. We are enrolled in several continuing education programs that help us to stay on top of the latest and greatest in the HVAC/R industry. We have a library of related research which includes details on windows, mold, radiant barriers, home energy conservation and consumption and so on.
