Our commitment ranges from training by the original authors, strengthening project communities, endless hours of code research and enhancements, purchase of commercial documentation and production implementation of these projects. Some of our implementations involve simple configuration changes to complex code customisations. The huge software changes required were typically based on customers' custom needs. On these occasions we typically used an underlying open-source solution as the platform and built on top of this. The idea being is not to redevelop software components that were successfully built in other mature projects. This strategy normally reduces costs and speed-to-market of software projects.
