Accredited Building Certifiers is a group of Certifiers who are registered and accredited by the NSW Building Professionals Board to provide building approvals, certification and consultation services to clients throughout all areas of NSW. Our certifiers issue Complying Development Certificates (CDC) and Construction Certificates (CC) for all types of building work regardless of size including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Aged Care and Health Care developments. BuildCert Consultants was established to provide homeowners, builders, developers, architects and building designers with an alternative to Council by way of fast-tracking Building Approvals and providing quality, practical and professional certification services. To achieve this high level of service, BuildCert's Accredited Building Certifiers: Have originated from a trade background Are qualified licensed builders Have extensive experience in working for local Government Are required to partake in ongoing professional learning Are members of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) Are fully insured and accredited by the Building Professionals Board Our team has over 40 of years of combined building experience and 15 years employment in Local Government, which is what separates BuildCert Consultants from Council and other certifiers. Such experience enables our private certifiers to exercise practical knowledge when interpreting and applying Building Codes and other standards. BuildCert Consultants recognise the implications and costs associated with delays caused by the Council building approval and certification processes, therefore we are committed to delivering a superior service. BuildCert Consultants was established in the Newcastle Hunter region and, given its success, are in the process of opening a new branch in the Far South Coast of NSW servicing the Bega Valley Shire and surrounding areas.
