Andi is very excited to found a business that reflects her strong belief in the principles of compassionate capitalism and that operates within the Triple Bottom Line framework, and is looking forward to continuing to explore consulting and investment opportunities over the years ahead that satisfy the core values of NSP Development on an economic, environmental and social justice level. In addition to project managing and developing multiple property interests - consisting of new builds and remodels in both green and brownfield sites, offering long-and-short-term rentals in Tasmania, Australia - Andi will also being working closely with a small number of business clients, offering a range of services, while also continuing with her freelance writing work. These professional services include assisting start-ups, small and large businesses with strategy and marketing while also working with private clients seeking to improve their skills in the area of personal money management, with Andi specializing in assisting those in financial crisis. The acronym that makes up the first part of the company name stands for “Nevertheless, She Persisted”. This statement reflects Andi’s personal and professional attitude to life, and after more than a decade running businesses with and for others, she is thrilled to be at the start of the journey of growing this business. Andi’s focus will remain on helping lifting others up to achieve success, while simultaneously offering investors strong returns on exciting projects that give more back to the community and environment than they take.
