Established in 1976, NSDA Architects is a full service architectural firm located in Vancouver, BC. The Firm is founded on the principles of personalized service to our clients, a teamwork approach, a commitment to quality, and the effective delivery of projects. Our projects include commercial and mixed-use, special-needs residential, affordable housing, seniors retirement residences, healthcare facilities, multi-family residential developments, civic and community buildings, as well as urban design, zoning and large scale master planning. We believe in going beyond the conventional and expected, to developing design solutions that are practical and functional, yet spirited and creative. In recognition of this, we have been honoured with numerous awards. A six-time recipient of the Lieutenant Governor's award, NSDA prides itself on the diversity of its portfolio.
