Most transformations dont fail because the strategy is wrong. They struggle going from decision to execution. That is where NS People comes in. We work with leadership teams and investors through complex periods of change: post-merger integrations, acquisitions, organisational transformations and operating model changes. Our background is in People and Organisation, but the work goes well beyond HR. We set up the transformation office, turn strategy into a plan teams can execute, surface risks and dependencies early, and keep the leadership team aligned on the decisions needed to move forward. What we do: → Transformation: making sure a decided strategy gets done, across functions. → M&A Integration: due diligence before the deal and integration after it. We dont advise on the transaction itself; we make sure the organisation behind it works. → Organisation and Operating Model: how the organisation needs to work after the change, and getting it there. → Interim CHRO and senior People leadership, particularly when an organisation is going through this kind of change. Every mandate is led by myself personally, with senior independent specialists where the scope requires it. Experienced leadership for a critical period, without another permanent executive.
