NREP is a Northern European Private Equity Real Estate Investment Company focused on identifying and executing real estate related investment strategies in the Nordic countries. We believe our core competency is our ability to identify, evaluate and execute long term value enhancing investment strategies within which a comparative advantage can be build over time, be it a set of skills, a brand or a set of customer relationships. Our company was established in late 2005 and today consists of more than 20 motivated professionals combining their experience from a set of blue chip international companies within Real Estate (GE, DTZ & Aberdeen), Financing (Nordea), Investment Banking (Goldman Sachs) and Consulting (McKinsey & BCG). We have since our inception identified three investment strategies which we have chosen to pursue, and have within these closed more than 50 transactions with a total value of close to €500m.
