History Formally organized in 1961, Nowlen, Holt & Miner, P.A. is truly the continuation of an accounting practice commenced in the 1930's. Over the past 47 years, Nowlen, Holt & Miner, P.A. has grown progressively and has become one of the larger Certified Public Accounting firms in Palm Beach County , Florida .
