Hierdoor hebben wij veel actuele kennis van de zorgmarkt en kunnen we deskundig adviseren over de vergoedingsmogelijkheden van hulpmiddelen. Medipoint heeft een team speciaal gericht op professionals binnen de zorg, het Medipoint Care Team. Het Care Team onderhoudt contact met deze professionals en houdt hen op de hoogte van actuele ontwikkelingen op het gebied van relevante wet- en regelgeving, producten en dienstverlening van Medipoint. Daarnaast ondersteunt het Care Team haar klanten door het geven van trainingen, cursussen en advies over complexe zorgsituaties.
