We are Haitians who came back to rebuild. We walked these roads, studied abroad, and led international development projects across Haiti. We saw what happens when systems collapse, when schools close, youth flee, and families are left behind. We also saw what works. So, we built NOVHADEV: a Haitian-led social enterprise that partners with donors, governments, and communities to deliver lasting impact. Mission Build enduring systems through innovative solutions to foster sustainable development. Vision A world where bold innovation, accountable governance, and empowered systems converge to promote sustainable development.
