NOVA MEMS is a leading company specialized in quality assurance of Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS). The company offers services in Physical analysis, Failure analysis, Qualification and Litetests. Micro & Nano Technologies involves moving mechanical parts & the reliability assessment need to couple several physical domains (mechanical, electrical, optical, fluidic, barometric…). They are also exposed to new failure modes (sticking, fatigue, cracks…), changing scale makes them difficult to observe and characterize. MEMS developments & integration suffer of high cost due to qualification, reliability and selection of the good technology. NOVA MEMS was born to answer those needs. The company provides support to designers, manufacturers and end-users from punctual analysis up to global reliability project management. NOVA MEMS operates using the technical platform of CNES (French space agency) and LAAS (CNRS research institutes).
