NOVACO is a not for profit agency that provides transitional housing and support services to homeless victims of domestic violence. We are funded through grants from HUD, DOJ, Fairfax County, local congregations, and community organizations. NOVACO provides case management, financial counseling, assistance with education and job training, and linkage to community resources. Our goal is to help victims of abuse acquire permanent housing ,become self sufficient and begin to heal from the devastating impact of family violence.
