Established in 1992, Nova Training is a leading provider of education, training and apprenticeship programmes across the West Midlands and East of England. As part of Staff Select Ltd, we are dedicated to helping young people and adults build the skills, qualifications and confidence needed to succeed in today’s workplace. We deliver a wide range of high-quality programmes, including apprenticeships for learners aged 16–18 and 19+, as well as Study Programmes, Supported Internships and specialist SEND provision for learners aged 16–18 and those aged 19–24 with an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan. We also offer alternative education pathways for 14–16-year-olds through strong partnerships with schools and local authorities. With more centres than any other provider or college in our region, Nova Training operates from 13 delivery sites, supported by our Head Office in Willenhall, Walsall. Our reach enables us to support learners and employers across a wide geographical area while maintaining a strong local presence in each community we serve.
