Currently, we are focusing on tech talent and entrepreneurs in India: a market slated to add 8MM youth to the job market every year. The clout of IITs / IIM / BITS / NITs is strong here -- students see a 2x-10x drop in their value if they don't make it to these elite clubs. We're here to build an engine that values people for the work they can do, rather than their pedigree.
