NNS's 30,000 square foot manufacturing site houses a collection of freeze dryers capable of removing approximately 96% of the water content from fresh botanicals while leaving the cellular structure and medicinal compounds uncompromised. This is an industry leading method of preserving/drying plant materials to be used in the manufacturing of quality natural health products. Additional state of the art machinery and company capabilities include a custom-made Extractor, industrial press, and roto-evaporator for herbal tincture production; an automatic encapsulation machine to fill capsule shells with organic botanicals; two (2) state of the art tablet presses to create high quality caplets and chewable tablets; a separate manufacturing building used when working with potential allergen ingredients; as well as an industrial-grade granulator and dimensional blender.
