About us NOVA JURIS is a law firm specialized in business law. The founders decided to bring their skills and legal expertise together to advise a wide range of companies and assist them in litigation, in an increasingly global economy facing ongoing digital transformations. NOVA JURIS combines multidisciplinary, complementary and cross-functional competencies to provide companies with comprehensive legal services, from creation to operational stages, including restructuring as well as internal and external growth stages. Our ambition is to consolidate our position on our current market (France/ Europe) where each of the law firm’s partners operate, but also to assist our clients and prospects in emerging countries (Asia, Africa, Indian Ocean, and the Caribbean).
