NotFair Art Foundation Information

Having completed our fourth NotFair in 2016, NotFair, has matured into an established event. Established in 2010 by two artists and a writer with a somewhat anarchic organisational approach, after four financially successful events the New Look NotFair has evolved into an entity that is far more embracing of the formal side of the visual art industry with inclusions of industry members on the Board and a more formal fund-raising approach. The four preceding NotFairs, run on a shoe-string, proved the need for an alternative art fair to promote the works of under-acknowledged and emerging artists. The new look NotFair aims to continue this aspiration with greater professionalism and industry amalgamation.
