Not Alone AB Information

Not Alone has launched a safety app for Iphone. After you have downloaded the app and registered you add a contact-person. You activate Not Alone by starting a "trace" and putting in headphones in your phone. When you activate the trace the phone locates you. It determines your position. If something would happen you simply pull out the headphones from the phone. After 15 seconds the app sends a text message to the contact-person you previously added. The 15 seconds are there to prevent false alarms. You have these seconds to reopen the app and cancel the text message. The message contains a link to a map. The map shows the location the person with the app were at when the headphones were pulled out. The app is used to alert family members, friends och a partner when an emergency occurs. If something would happen Not Alone is a simple and discrete way to alert your close ones that you are in trouble. You can use it when walking home alone at night, when going out jogging or maybe when hiking. It is possible to use Not Alone in all situations where you want to feel safer. But Not Alone is not only for the people who want help, it is also for those who want to know that they will be contacted if something happens to someone they know. For example a mother who wants to know that her son gets home safe.
