Wolffest is Houston’s largest student-run, three-day food festival, built and operated entirely by students from the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship. What began as experiential learning has grown into a large-scale, revenue-generating operation bringing together local vendors, alumni, and thousands of attendees from across the city. Our team, NOSH (Nurturing Opportunities, Spreading Hospitality), collaborates with leading Houston venues such as POST Houston and Ironworks to produce high-quality pop-up markets and festival experiences. Through these partnerships, we create real economic value in the Houston community while supporting small businesses and fostering collaboration. All profits directly fund student scholarships and entrepreneurship programming. Wolffest is more than an event — it is hands-on business at scale, where students run real operations, generate real revenue, and create lasting community impact.
