NorthWolf Advisory helps hospitals, health systems, academic health systems, residency programs and physician organizations strengthen leadership and organizational performance. Founded by Scott A. Wolf, DO, MPH, FACP, NorthWolf Advisory provides executive coaching, physician leadership development and strategic advisory services shaped by his 30 years of clinical and healthcare executive experience. Dr. Wolf has served as a health system president, chief medical officer and chief operating officer, leading physicians, multidisciplinary teams and complex healthcare organizations through periods of growth, integration and operational change. He is also an ICF-certified executive coach and the author of Reflection in Practice: A Practical Guide for Transformational Leaders. NorthWolf Advisory recognizes that clinical achievement alone does not prepare physicians for every demand of organizational leadership. New and experienced physician leaders must learn to influence peers, communicate across disciplines, guide teams through uncertainty and balance their responsibilities to patients, colleagues and the organization.
