Northwind Group Information

Northwind Group, founded in 2008 by its Managing Partner Ran Eliasaf, is a real estate private equity firm headquartered in Manhattan that focuses on debt and equity investments in residential, commercial, senior-living and healthcare properties. Initially, Northwind was focused on the acquisition, development and management of assets that have been held for long duration by the same ownership, where it recognizes opportunity to implement various value-add strategies. In this capacity Northwind led investments in properties valued at over $2 billion, predominantly in NYC. In 2016, Northwind made a strategic decision to allocate significant capital towards senior-living & healthcare properties and since invested in over 8,000 units of Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care beds located in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, Nebraska & Michigan. In 2017, Northwind founded it's proprietary lending platform, which provides bridge financing secured by real estate properties in the greater NYC metro area and other major US gateway cities. Northwind currently manages three close-end debt funds with over $850mm in AUM in its debt strategy.
